Today we ran 400, 800, 400, 800, 400, 800, 400.
It was pretty tough but I am glad to see that everyone was able to stick with it. There was kind of a lot of wind on the backstretch but I managed to power through it, but ended up suffering on the homestretch almost every lap when I started really pushing it.
I don't have times though because I did not have a watch but I felt that my times were pretty good considering the lack of tread on my shoes.
As a person that is not typically very dedicated towards many things I feel like creating something that will showcase my dedication towards running will keep me focused on my goal of running every day for the next 365 days. Wish me luck.

Another day
Today we ran a four mile loop. I was impressed with two of my teammates who kept up the pace against that horrible wind. I was especially impressed with the freshman that kept up with the top two distance runners at school.
I think that he has a lot of potential and might be able to go under five minutes in the mile this season if he really works hard at it.
Tomorrow is a speed day, I am really looking forward to that.

No run today...
Today I did a brief ab workout and some weights, I didn't run because practice was cancelled and I had a hard day yesterday so I figured that it was deserved.
Tomorrow I am not too sure what I am going to be running, probably some kind of distance, but short distance like five miles? Maybe some mile repeats? We'll see...

I am so sorry
I have been very busy with school and running and work and many other activities that I have really neglected this... but I am going to do my best to just write something each night, it can't be that hard right? It only take a couple minutes.
Today I ran four miles. The first mile was a nice and slow jog around a one mile loop with the distance squad. Then I did three laps on my own, I don't know how my pacing was because I did not have my watch with me but I felt that it was pretty solid.
I was going to run five miles total but my right foot was going numb, I would assume that it was from the new shoes.
